How we handle your information
Timberline Building Contractors Ltd uses information supplied through enquiries, quotations and customer communications to respond to requests, assess work, prepare quotations, manage projects, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
Information we may receive
This may include your name, contact details, property or project address, photographs, measurements, plans, enquiry details and records connected with quotations, contracts, payments and completed work.
Third-party enquiry routes
Our enquiry form uses Forminit to process and store submissions and email them to timberlinebuild@outlook.com. Forminit retains submission copies until deleted under its free plan, in addition to the email held in our inbox. We do not add enquiries to Excel or use Power Automate. The form consent covers responding to your enquiry, not marketing, and no automatic customer acknowledgement is sent. Send photographs through WhatsApp using the same name as on your enquiry form; WhatsApp handles those messages under its privacy terms. You can phone or email us instead. Sharing and retention
Information may be shared where reasonably necessary to deliver services, operate business systems, obtain professional advice or comply with legal requirements. Records are retained for as long as needed for those purposes.
